Hey there, Gabe! Being with you at the beach this summer was so very special. I've gotten a really nice picture of you with Mo and will make a copy for you. Soon you will be off to the University again and will see all your friends once again...GOOD for you! We love you and admire your tremendous spirit!

Hey Gabe! It's been forevvver since I've sent you a hello. From what I've heard it sounds like you're continually healing, both by small and large amounts, and I'm glad to hear that! I'd love to hear about how you're liking U of P, what you're studying, what you've been enjoying doing with your time, what you're thinking you might end up doing, all that stuff. I know it's been a bit since you graduated, but I remember very well when you did, and I'm now at that point.. I'm done with high school in 2 1/2 months! It's quite an exciting time right now. I'm still waiting to hear from a couple schools, but of my choices so far, I'm thinking the University of Wisconsin in Madison (i'm hoping for Duke or Georgetown). I'm going to Europe this summer for 6 weeks, and then I'm taking a year off to volunteer in S. America & probably Thailand before I head to college! Well, I don't know if there's a way to actually hear from you anytime? If you ever have a bored moment and have a chance to zip me a message or make a phone call, my cell #'s 360-420-6048 and my e-mail's kelenlaine@yahoo.com. I miss you my dear buddy! Your courage is amazing. :]
